  • What is a Healing Biotope and why should I care?

    A Healing Biotope is a model of a healed world, manifesting through the creation of a community of trust. It's a space in which we address the deep rooted trauma of human culture and develop answers for the questions of:
    Economy: how we can get our basic life necessities met without pillaging the Earth or exploiting others;
    Ecology: how we restore the ecosystems and prevent further destruction and death of the Earth and its inhabitants;
    Community: how we live together, navigate conflicts and foster deeper human connections;
    Eros: how we foster trust, transparency, freedom and acceptance in the realm of love, sex and partnership;
    Consciousness: how we nurture our faith that the healed world is within reach, that we are a part of the whole and the whole is a part of us, and that our commitment is what will make everything possible.

    If it resonates with you and you want to invest your time and energy into manifesting a Healing Biotope, in particular in the Pacific Northwest of the United States (see www.tenowa.org), then you are invited to join our Healing Biotope study group. Once at least 12 people have committed to join the study group, we will organize it.

     

    Find below some pre-requisites you should go through before you can say that you commit to the study group.

  • Pre-requisites

    Working on building a Healing Biotope is serious work. It will require us to spend time studying the underlying vision and sharing our understanding of it.

    There will definitely be room for people to be involved in the Tenowa project even if they haven't studied much. But to get started, we need a solid core group who is ready to dive deeply into the Healing Biotope concept.

    So, here's what you should do before you commit to joining our study group.
